If you are ready to move forward with further development of your website, please check the approval box, fill out the form, and click the submit button below. Your submission of this form indicates that you are fully satisfied with the design concept and initial implementation phase of your website.
THE (NOT SO) FINE PRINT:
After this form has been submitted, any future design changes will be billed in addition to our original estimate. It is important to thoroughly inspect your proofs and provide feedback on any desired edits before we go further into Phase 2: Design Implementation and Backend Development. This includes but is not limited to: general layout, colors, fonts, and graphic elements.
Don't worry, copy edits can easily be made during any phase of the project.
