If you are ready to move forward with the launch of your website, please check the approval box, fill out the form, and click the submit button below. Your submission of this form indicates that you are fully satisfied with all aspects of your website, including design, layout, and functionality.

THE (NOT SO) FINE PRINT:

After this form has been submitted, any future changes may be billed in addition to our original estimate. It is important to thoroughly inspect your website and provide feedback on any desired edits before we launch. This includes but is not limited to: general layout, colors, fonts, graphic elements, copy edits, and functionality.
